Taste Experiences

Our chef skilfully combines flavours and designs the menus into a mix of different types of flavours. The buffet is designed to be enjoyed as a whole, with the flavours of different foods blending in and providing a subtle taste experience. We are very proud of our kitchen!

The dinner is served

At its best, our kitchen is presented in three and seven-course menus. The tender and long-cooked mutton gives a smooth taste experience together with parsnip purée. Stewed salmon enchants with a combination of white wine sauce, pea-dill purée and roasted artichoke. Just perfect.

Our restaurant is open upon request. On special celebrations and theme days we are also open for public. For corporate clients and family celebrations we fix a deal that fits the nature of the event.
