A perfect conference solution
Our location by the sea and high-quality conference services ensure that you can concentrate on your meeting without any interruptions. You will find suitable space for team meetings of a few people as well as for larger training events. We can provide meeting facilities for up to 140 persons. At the end of the event you can book sauna and jacuzzi for private use. If you wish to arrange a multi-day retreat, we can provide accommodation for 34 persons.
Facilities
Villa Wolax conference facilities are available for private use for the whole day. Modern conference equipment are available in all meeting rooms and cold refreshments are provided at all times at an additional cost. Morning and afternoon coffee are served in the conference room and a delicious lunch is served at the Villa's main building. Our goal is to provide you with a successful, perfect meeting day. At Villa Wolax, the guest is allowed to focus on the occasion, and we take care of everything else.
Commodore’s Seaside Villa
16-60 persons
Commodore’s Seaside Villa offers a meeting space also for a larger group. The space has a sea view and it provides a comfortable and matter-of-fact, yet relaxed venue for the participants. In the winter, the mind calms down as the fireplace flares, and thoughts can be undisturbedly concentrated on the topic of the day. Commodore’s Seaside Villa is very much favoured by our customers! Tables can be arranged in different ways to suit your needs, including for group work. Commodore’s Seaside Villa is also suitable for the disabled.

Glass Hall

The Glass Hall is a wonderful space next to the main building. It has beautiful views and it is conveniently located next to the dining room. The space is perfect for meetings and training occasions, as the tables can be arranged in many different ways. Underneath the bright and spacious crystal chandeliers even the standard meeting day feels just a little bit more festive.

Johanna’s veranda

Johanna's veranda is a bright meeting room built next to the Villa’s stone foundation. The space is ideal for smaller groups and has access to the Villa's backyard and the beautiful lace-style terrace. In good weather you can have the meeting outside and enjoy the Villa’s magnificent garden. Johanna's veranda’s windows face south, offering a beautiful view of the sea and the Vapparn.

Captain’s Beach Villa
5-10 persons
The beautiful Captain's Beach Villa is suitable for smaller meeting groups. The meeting room is located by the sea in a tranquil location. When the weather permits, you can move the meeting or group work to the large covered terrace. During the meeting you can refresh your thoughts while walking on the pier or sitting on the well cover. In the winter time, the warmth of the fireplace provides a nice atmosphere to the Beach Villa.

Events & Fairs
We organise an event tailored to the needs of your business, where you can invite your current and future customers to explore your products and offerings. The event may be as small or as large as you consider necessary. We provide a functional setting by providing unique facilities and high-quality catering. In addition, we take care of providing adventurous activities to your guests. With us, organizing a high-quality customer event is as easy as it gets. Villa Wolax area includes a park area, plenty of berthing spaces and a lot of free parking spaces – all just 20 minutes from Turku city centre!
Lunch and coffee
We know the meeting will not start without good coffee. That is why our staff makes sure fresh coffee and tea as well as salty snacks are available right from the start of the meeting day. In the afternoon, we serve chef's cake or other sweet and delicious treats with coffee. Cold drinks are available throughout the day in the meeting rooms.
The meeting package includes lunch, which is made of the chef's selection of the best ingredients of the season and using vegetables of the season. The rich buffet salads and warm food with house bread are prepared according to your needs and wishes. Tables for your lunch will be set up in the dining hall of the Villa's main building. During summer, you can step onto the Villa's terrace to enjoy the view of the sea. The blazing heat and warmth of the fireplace provides a special atmosphere in the dining room during the wind and frost of the darkest seasons. We hope that when you leave Villa Wolax, you feel that your meeting day was perfect.
Sauna Villas
Villa Wolax's wood-heated beach saunas are heated gently over time. The saunas pamper their visitors with their soft steams and the environment will spoil the bathers with a comfortable atmosphere. Our seaside outdoor jacuzzi invites you to relax under the starry sky while enjoying refreshments and warm water nursing your skin.
SOLING CLASSIC
Have fun sailing with stable 8-metre keel boats. There are a total of six boats and one boat can fit four persons at a time. So, we can get up to 25 persons at the sea at the same time! The teams compete with each other, and everyone can participate in sailing according to their own level of enthusiasm. At first, everyone is taught the basics of sailing, after which the skippers teach sailing in practice, as well as give a boat familiarisation and take note of the prevailing wind. The skippers then hand over the rudder to those who are willing. Skippers for the boats are either from the customer’s own group or, if required, Villa Wolax can arrange them at an additional cost.

Accommodation
The party at Villa Wolax can last until the early hours of the morning, and you don't have to go home in the middle of the night. Villa Wolax area has a variety of accommodation options for your guests.
