Johanna’s Veranda is a bright meeting space built onto the stone foundation of the Villa. It’s ideal for smaller meeting groups and offers direct access to the Villa’s backyard. In good weather, the meeting can be moved entirely outdoors to enjoy the Villa’s beautiful garden. From the veranda’s windows, there is a southern view overlooking the sea and Vapparn Square.

The beautiful Captain’s Beach Villa is perfect for smaller meeting groups. The meeting room is located by the sea in its own peaceful spot. When the weather allows, you can move to the large covered terrace for meetings or group work. During the meeting day, you can refresh your mind by strolling on the pier or sitting on the well cover. In winter, the warmth of the fireplace adds cozy atmosphere to the beach villa.

We know that a meeting doesn’t really get going without good coffee. That’s why our staff ensures fresh Löfbergs coffee, tea, and savory snacks are available right from the start of your meeting day. In the afternoon, we serve a delicious treat crafted by our chef alongside the coffee. Cold drinks are available throughout the entire meeting day in the conference room.
The meeting package includes lunch prepared by our chef using the finest ingredients and seasonal vegetables. A generous buffet with fresh salads and warm dishes served with the house bread is tailored to your needs and preferences. The lunch buffet is set in the dining room of the villa’s main building. During summer, you can step out onto the villa’s terrace to enjoy the sea view. In the darkest seasons, the cozy glow and warmth of the fireplace add a special atmosphere to the dining room as the wind howls and frost bites outside.
