When you arrive, the venue will be beautifully set and ready for your celebration – and when the party is over, you can simply close the door and leave the cleanup to us. We take care of everything for you. All our celebration packages include the venue, delicious food prepared by our head chef, drink service, professional waitstaff, all necessary tableware and linens, as well as final cleaning.

As you open the door to the Villa’s main house and step inside, you’ll immediately feel the charm of this historic building. The original wooden floors, classic detailing, and elegant décor transport you to another era. Here, your celebration takes place in timeless style – at tables set with white linens and the sparkle of crystal. Dinner is served in the beautiful dining room, beneath a grand chandelier. Our head chef’s creations are the centerpiece – no extra decoration needed. We also offer hotel services for guests arriving from farther away.

The maritime-inspired and fresh Kommodori seaside villa is a relaxed and spacious venue for celebrations.
On Kommodori’s large covered terrace, you can enjoy the sparkling sea with your guests while chatting and sipping fine wine. We make your celebration a success through delicious food and excellent service. You step into a fully prepared venue, enjoy your event, and leave everything else behind—taking only the memories of the day and our great food with you.
At Kommodori seaside villa, you can host weddings, birthdays, christenings, graduations, or memorial services. The celebration can continue with relaxing moments in Kommodori’s luxurious sauna and outdoor hot tubs. We also offer accommodation options at our hotel.
Commodore’s seaside villa holds up to 52 persons.
The Glass Hall in Villa Wolax’s main building is perfect for intimate moments – a place where the tranquility of the archipelago meets elegant occasions. Its large windows frame stunning sea views, flooding the space with natural light throughout the year.

The historic Main Villa can accommodate up to 116 guests for dining. The Glass Pavilion seats 36–44 guests, while the Commodore’s Seaside Villa accommodates 40–52 guests.
Our kitchen is happy to accommodate special dietary requirements when notified in advance.
We offer accommodation for up to 37 guests in 13 individually styled rooms.
All areas at Villa Wolax are licensed to serve alcohol, so bringing your own beverages is not permitted. We offer a wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and guests are also welcome to purchase beverages individually from the bar.
Our kitchen prepares a wide variety of delicious menus tailored to your wishes. If you prefer, you are welcome to order your celebration cake from an external bakery.
Our staff will prepare the tables and take care of setting up the food and beverages. You are welcome to decorate the venue from 11:00 AM on the morning of your event. If you prefer, our staff will also be happy to place your decorations for you.
Your celebration can continue until 2:00 AM.
All of our event venues are equipped with a sound system for playing background music. You can easily connect your own device via Bluetooth. Please note that microphones and speech amplification equipment are not included as standard.
We work closely with trusted local partners, including a photographer, florist and event décor rental company. Together, we can help make your special day truly unforgettable.
Villa Wolax is easily accessible by both land and sea. We are located just 16 km from the centre of Turku and offer a spacious free parking area for our guests. If you are arriving by boat, you are welcome to use our guest harbour. The nearest public transport stop is approximately 2 km away.
The Commodore’s Seaside Villa is accessible and features a ramp at the entrance as well as an accessible restroom. Due to its historic 19th-century architecture, the Main Villa is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
The weekend went even better than I had expected.
The food was excellent. Our youngest said the meatballs were the best they had ever eaten. Our teenager also praised the food spontaneously (without being asked), as did Outi. She said the steaks were the best she had ever tasted. The salmon also received many compliments. Please pass our thanks on to the kitchen!
It was wonderful that we were able to access our rooms as soon as we arrived, so we could change clothes before heading outdoors and to the sauna.
A special thank you to the hostess on Saturday, who took care of the reception, table service and heating the sauna. She provided exceptional service, looked after us wonderfully and chatted warmly with both the children and the adults. We also greatly appreciated her taking photos for us.
We thoroughly enjoyed the sauna facilities, the outdoor hot tubs and the ice swimming.
The children – and many of the adults as well – spent time sledding and playing outside with rosy cheeks. We also walked the nature trail several times. In any case, everyone enjoyed being outdoors.
With the beautiful weather on our side, we were extremely happy with the entire weekend.
The guest of honour was, and still is, very pleased.
