The Commodore’s seaside villa offers a meeting space suitable even for larger groups. With its sea view, the space is both comfortable and professional, while still providing a relaxed atmosphere for meeting guests. In winter, the warmth of the fireplace creates a calming ambiance, allowing everyone to focus fully on the day’s agenda. The Commodore’s seaside villa is a favorite among our customers!

The Glass Hall is a stunning space with beautiful views, located in the main building right next to the dining room. It’s well-suited for various meetings and training days, as the tables can be arranged in many different ways. This bright and spacious room, adorned with crystal chandeliers, adds a touch of elegance to an otherwise ordinary meeting day.

Johanna’s Veranda is a bright meeting space built onto the stone foundation of the Villa. It’s ideal for smaller meeting groups and offers direct access to the Villa’s backyard. In good weather, the meeting can be moved entirely outdoors to enjoy the Villa’s beautiful garden. From the veranda’s windows, there is a southern view overlooking the sea and Vapparn Square.

The beautiful Captain’s Beach Villa is perfect for smaller meeting groups. The meeting room is located by the sea in its own peaceful spot. When the weather allows, you can move to the large covered terrace for meetings or group work. During the meeting day, you can refresh your mind by strolling on the pier or sitting on the well cover. In winter, the warmth of the fireplace adds cozy atmosphere to the beach villa.

We know that a meeting doesn’t really get going without good coffee. That’s why our staff ensures fresh Löfbergs coffee, tea, and savory snacks are available right from the start of your meeting day. In the afternoon, we serve a delicious treat crafted by our chef alongside the coffee. Cold drinks are available throughout the entire meeting day in the conference room.
The meeting package includes lunch prepared by our chef using the finest ingredients and seasonal vegetables. A generous buffet with fresh salads and warm dishes served with the house bread is tailored to your needs and preferences. The lunch buffet is set in the dining room of the villa’s main building. During summer, you can step out onto the villa’s terrace to enjoy the sea view. In the darkest seasons, the cozy glow and warmth of the fireplace add a special atmosphere to the dining room as the wind howls and frost bites outside.

The Commodore’s Seaside Villa accommodates 40–52 guests in a banquet-style setup with long tables or up to 60 guests in theatre style. The Glass Pavilion seats 36–44 guests, Johanna’s Veranda accommodates up to 16 guests, and the Captain’s Seaside Villa is ideal for smaller meetings of 9–12 guests.
Our kitchen is happy to accommodate special dietary requirements when notified in advance.
All of our meeting facilities are equipped with a projector, projection screen and flip chart. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all guests.
We offer accommodation for up to 37 guests in 13 individually styled rooms.
All areas at Villa Wolax are licensed to serve alcohol, so bringing your own beverages is not permitted. We offer a wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to suit every occasion.
Villa Wolax is easily accessible by both land and sea. We are located just 16 km from the centre of Turku and offer a spacious free parking area for our guests. If you are arriving by boat, you are welcome to use our guest harbour. The nearest public transport stop is approximately 2 km away.
The Commodore’s Seaside Villa is wheelchair accessible and features a ramp at the entrance as well as an accessible restroom. Due to its historic 19th-century architecture, our Main Villa is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
